We are going to take a break from the Geek news today. I am going to take you on a trip and take a
look at the essential elements of my geekery. In
essence, these are the five basic food groups of Geekdom. The images selected and included in the
slideshow are part of a balanced diet in all things geek. First up is the daily recommended dose of
television and movies. Next, everyone
knows that reading is fundamental. Take
a look; it’s a Comic Book… Reading Rainbow.
HAHA!! Now it is time to get some
exercise and work on that hand eye coordination with an array of different
video games. And finally no ensemble is
complete as the young people say without representing with apparel from your
favorite geek property.
Cool slideshow I like the comic books and the video games. The game that I like out of all of them is Batman. Also Star War the movies is fun to watch.
ReplyDeleteLet me say Shermin, after viewing your slideshow of comic books and geek video games I have some comic books you would love. I have a nice collection of older comics and have been just letting them collect dust. If you are interested in them please contact me on Facebook. I would rather know they are going to somebody who will appreciate them.
ReplyDeleteNice slideshow. I love watching the walking dead.
ReplyDeleteI love your workout regime Sherwin! Now this is a workout I'd be very much interested in..LOL The Walking Dead is one of my favorite TV series to watch. I used to play video games all the time but I'm just not able to find the time now, maybe when I'm done with school.
ReplyDeleteI tried reading the walking dead comics and it's so much more different than the show. I'm kind of torn between them now sadly. I like that fear and loathing in las vegas referenced shirt with the joker.
ReplyDeleteThe comics and the show have some similarities but for the most part are very different from each other. I read the comics way before there were any talks of it becoming a television series and I enjoy them both for what they are. They are very hard to compare to each other because they are different mediums. So you said you 'tried' reading the comics? How far did you get?
